ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT CAN I DO?
If an item is out of stock you are able to sign up to be notified when it is back in stock.
HOW CAN I EDIT/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once the order is placed it cannot be changed or edited. However, please email us at connect@simsswimwear.com ASAP and we’ll help you out.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
SIMSSWIMWEAR has a 14-day return policy on full-priced items. Items must be unworn with hang tags still attached. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
WHEN WILL I GET A REFUND?
Once received, processing time on returns may take up to 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return and refund have been fully processed.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE? WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
We deliver to the delivery address provided. If an incorrect address is provided or the customer refuses to pay duties, SIMMSWIMWEAR is not responsible for shipping costs, customs costs or cost of re-shipping merchandise. In these instances, the order is usually returned to sender and the customer will be issued a refund for the order value.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECIEVE IS DAMANGED OR FAULTY?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at connect@simsswimwear.com.
