What is your return policy?
We hope you love your SIMS Swimwear, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and hygiene stickers intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottoms or one-pieces that appear worn or used.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
To start a return, please contact us at connect@simsswimwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Do you offer exchanges?
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please email us at connect@simsswimwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and the details of the item you'd like to exchange. We’ll guide you through the next steps and do our best to get the perfect piece to you.
How long does it take to process returns?
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Please note it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
How do I track my package?
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What should I do if there’s a problem with my order?
All of our orders go through a strict quality assurance process before leaving our studio. However, in the rare event that something isn't right — we’re here to help.
